The Peyronie's Protocol

A practical guide to understanding, stabilising and recovering from Peyronie's disease - step by step.

Most men get a diagnosis and a prescription. Nobody explains what’s actually happening, why timing matters more than anything, or what the standard appointment leaves out. This guide does.

Not just another medical article

There’s plenty of clinical information about Peyronie’s disease online. What’s harder to find is practical, honest guidance written by someone who has actually been through it – covering what works, what doesn’t, and what most urologists don’t mention.

That’s what this site is.

Free articles covering every stage of the condition. And for those who want the complete picture, a step-by-step protocol built around one critical insight: what you do matters – but when you do it matters more.

My Story

I’ve had Peyronie’s disease twice. First in my early thirties, then again in my mid-fifties. Both times I came through without surgery.

The first time I got it wrong – because I didn’t have the right information at the right time. The second time I understood the phases, the timing, and what to avoid. The difference in outcome was significant.

I’m not a doctor. But I’ve been through this, done the research, and written down everything I wish I’d known from the start.
